SHIPPING & Delivery POLICY

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 2-4 business days (weekends or holidays not included) for your order to be processed. Shipping takes 3-5 days with USPS First Class Mail. Any questions? Contact us at jorand-and-co@hotmail.com

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

If you Immediately reach out to us BEFORE 24HRS after placing your order and your order has not yet been taken to the post office we can cancel it. BUT IF your order was already taken WE CAN NOT CANCEL IT. To cancel it contact us via email: Jorand-and-co@hotmail.com and via Instagram @Jorand_and_co_ telling us the reason for your cancellation along with your name and order number. Remember, if your order was already sent YOU CAN NOT CANCEL.

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO? 

If you have entered the wrong address please be sure to reach out to our customer service team at jorand-and-co@hotmail.com within 12 hours of purchase.

If you entered the wrong address and the package gets delivered to the wrong address WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!!! Please make sure you put the right address and double-check your address.


If a package is returned to us because the post office for some reason couldn't deliver it to its destination, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping cost within 48 hours we will ONLY refund the product's worth ( Whatever you paid for the product, NOT shipping or taxes will be refunded).

 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IS NOT HERE, WHY?

If you DID NOT receive your package and it says delivered to your address, contact your local post office with your tracking information to find out what happened with your package. Jorand & Co. is in charge of receiving, fulfilling your order, and dropping it off at the post office, from there they are responsible for delivering the package safe and on time. However, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

 
CAN I USE A P.O BOX FOR SHIPPING?

A P.O box is an acceptable shipping address.
